What distinguishes this business
Inside Fancy Pets: explicit feline booking instructions, but conflicting online prices
Tempe Cat Grooming identifies its service as operating inside Fancy Pets Grooming on South McClintock Drive. Its FAQ says the wider business serves dogs too, so feline-focused staff should not be confused with an entirely cats-only building. The homepage lists baths, cuts, de-shedding, nails, and an anxious-cat add-on. However, its menu cards and FAQ disagree on full-groom and nail-trim prices. The site specifically asks callers to tell the receptionist they want a cat groom. That conversation is necessary to resolve the current amount and feline appointment rather than choosing the lowest number online.

A question worth settling
Which current price replaces the conflicting website amounts, and have you reserved me with the cat-grooming service?
Ask for a written package total and whether the extended handling option is appropriate and separately charged. The published approach says the groomer stops if a cat cannot tolerate the work. Do not treat the website's breed pages or handling language as an assurance that any requested service can be completed.
