What distinguishes this business
At Uptown, distinguish the first-visit deposit from full-groom surcharges
Urban Dogg's official site confirms cat bath-and-brush and lion cuts and identifies Uptown at 695 East 19th Avenue. New clients are asked for a $50 deposit per dog or cat, credited toward the service and forfeited for a no-show. A separate full-groom surcharge is described, as is a credit-card surcharge that does not apply to cash or debit. The deposit is therefore not the only amount to check when obtaining the total.

A question worth settling
What is the complete Uptown cat-groom total, including the full-service fee and my payment method?
For two cats, the published first-client deposit rule implies $100 credited toward their services, not $100 in extra grooming fees. Ask for the remaining balance after deposits and any applicable introductory offer. Use Uptown's (303) 860-2977 number and verify the branch in the confirmation rather than using Washington Park's contact details.
