What distinguishes this business
A comb-out is a different booking from a feline haircut
The Dog & Cat S'Paw lists two feline starting prices: $50 for comb-out and nails, and $100 for brush and haircut. Neither heading establishes that a shampoo bath is included. The Torrington Road salon also publishes hourly charges for brush-out/dematting and extra handling, so a routine package price is not a promise of the total for a difficult coat. Its family-run history identifies Patty and Cheyanne as the grooming team; that is the business's account, not an independent inspection.

A question worth settling
Does my cat need the comb-out or haircut appointment, and how will any hourly work be approved?
Ask what amount of coat work the base service includes and whether the $80-per-hour brush-out/dematting or $60-per-hour extra-handling rates could apply. These are hourly rates, not flat supplements that should automatically be added to every visit. Set an authorization limit and a contact method if assessment changes the planned work. Request bath inclusions explicitly rather than reading a dog package across to the cat menu.
