What distinguishes this business
Use Coco's Crystal Lake booking link and confirm the conflicting hours
Coco's Crystal Lake branch explicitly welcomes cats and lists a basic bath, brush, nail and ear package plus a deluxe tier that adds a haircut and other treatments. Its destination is 435 Angela Lane, Unit 8. The page's hours panel and branch-specific footer disagree, so a general early opening should not determine your cat's drop-off without an appointment confirmation.

A question worth settling
Is the cat appointment at Angela Lane, and what arrival time and feline package are confirmed?
The Crystal Lake booking hostname uses cocospetspa, while the Lake in the Hills hostname adds an s. Both locations share 847-802-4548, making the street address a more reliable final check than the phone alone. The shared homepage describes a private cat room; confirm that room's use at this branch and the cat-specific products and inclusions rather than automatically adding every spa treatment. The page labeled Pricing does not publish a complete numerical cat quote. Ask what the basic package achieves before paying for the deluxe extras.
