A question worth settling
Can you confirm the current cat price and book me at 320 West Cleveland, extension 2?
The menu lists lion cuts at both $105 and $95, comb cuts at $125 and $105, and mat removal at $165 and $150. It also contradicts itself about standalone sanitary trims. Get a written estimate rather than choosing the lower figure. Rabies documentation is required. The FAQ prefers 48 hours' cancellation notice but describes billing for no-shows or less than 24 hours' notice. It also declines cats sedated by their owners; discuss any prescribed medication with the veterinarian and salon before booking, without changing medication yourself. A waiting area is available for owners who stay.
