What distinguishes this business
Use the Monday–Thursday grooming schedule, not the wider resort opening hours
Custom Paws in Buckner publishes a dedicated dog-and-cat grooming menu with bath-and-brush, full-body and partial-groom options, plus an introductory puppy or kitten visit. Grooming is appointment-only Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am–5 pm, although the resort's reception hours extend to other days. Cat nail caps are explicitly listed; the shared cosmetic and treatment menu needs feline-specific confirmation before adding extras.

A question worth settling
Which weekday feline appointment fits the requested service, and what is its itemized price?
Cats need current rabies and feline distemper records, which can be uploaded in the resort's app. The grooming policy asks for 24 hours' cancellation notice; late cancellation or a no-show may cost 50% of the scheduled service. Arrival more than 15 minutes late can also lead to rescheduling and a 50% fee. These terms make the confirmed appointment time important even though the packages advertise grooming-day care. A shared list mentioning gland expression, ear plucking, fragrances or skin treatments should not be read as a requirement for every cat; agree on the actual feline work and any veterinary concerns separately.
