What distinguishes this business
Only previously groomed, cooperative cats are accepted for the solo service
Grooming by Lora offers mobile visits and an appointment-only Waterville drop-off option described as lower-priced. The feline policy restricts service to cats that have been groomed before and can be handled safely by one person. Towel drying is the default unless a cat tolerates a dryer; dry shampoo or skipping the bath may be discussed if the cat tolerates clipping but not bathing.

A question worth settling
Does my cat's grooming history meet your acceptance policy, and is the quote for a home visit or Waterville drop-off?
The policy says the full expected fee can still apply if the cat cannot safely be groomed on arrival, making an honest behavior discussion important before booking. Mobile arrival is an estimated window, while drop-off clients must collect promptly after a short-notice completion message because there are no holding cages. Late pickup can add a charge. Payment is due at service, with a listed 4% credit-card surcharge. Cancellation terms distinguish less than 24 hours' notice from last-minute absence; ask which charge would apply to your appointment. The old San Diego business history is not evidence of a current California route.
