What distinguishes this business
VIP's cat intake form sets strict records, cancellation and pickup requirements
VIP Grooming Salon offers feline bathing, full grooming and shedding care, with nail trims by appointment. Its separate new-cat form is required for each pet and requests a veterinary examination within twelve months plus rabies documentation. The form also sets a thirty-minute collection expectation after completion, which can affect the practical cost of a visit even when the coat-service quote looks suitable.

A question worth settling
Are my cat's records accepted, and can you confirm the service total and pickup notification time before I reserve?
The cat form states a $10 charge for each fifteen minutes after the thirty-minute pickup period. It also calls for 24 hours' cancellation notice or the full grooming fee and allows charges for work already performed if grooming cannot be completed. Do not confuse salon reception hours with a reserved nail or haircut appointment. Contact 616-247-3647 about records and the feline calendar; the salon's request for veterinary documentation does not mean an examination is included or performed on site.
