What distinguishes this business
Pet Central's grooming line and walk-in wash follow different booking rules
Pet Central houses Dirty Dog and Cat Grooming and gives the grooming department its own telephone number, different from the main animal hospital. Its walk-in invitation concerns self-service washing while groomers are present, generally weekdays 9 am–3 pm; it explicitly cannot accept walk-ins for professional grooms. A hospital opening time or self-wash visit therefore is not a confirmed cat bath or haircut appointment.

A question worth settling
Can the grooming department confirm a feline appointment and quote, and should any veterinary service be reserved separately for the same visit?
Call 612-781-6942 for grooming rather than the 6941 main office line. The shared bath package includes drying, shedding care, nails and ears; the full groom adds a haircut. The operator says behavior, special needs, matting or extra scissor work can change the price and that customers will be notified. Agree how additional work will be authorized. It permits coordinating many veterinary services with grooming, but that does not make medical care included or guarantee both calendars have availability.
