What distinguishes this business
Elkhound's lower cat rinse price excludes nails, and weekend grooming is for boarders
Elkhound Ranch's feline Rinse & Spritz starts at $27.50 but excludes nails, ears and shampoo choice. The $39.50 cat Bath & Nails includes nails and ears; complete grooming, trimming and shedding packages each show $79.25 base estimates. The grooming policy also says standalone visits are weekday appointments, with weekend work restricted to boarding pets, despite the facility having weekend reception hours.

A question worth settling
Which cat package includes the work I need, and can I reserve a weekday grooming-only visit with the required vaccine records?
The policy calls non-boarding visits walk-in appointments but still describes scheduling them and prefers 8–10 am intake; it is not a guarantee of immediate service on arrival. Cats need rabies and feline distemper vaccination at least three days before check-in under the operator's rule. Card-present and remote card payments have different published surcharges. If already boarding, ask which bath or shedding package extends weekday checkout; do not add accommodation merely to obtain grooming. Confirm holiday hours and the final cat total at 816-734-2526.
