What distinguishes this business
Groomit matches a service address with a provider, not a Yonkers salon drop-off
Groomit's booking flow asks for pet type and service location before showing local prices, then separates a self-contained van from grooming inside the customer's home. Customers may choose a groomer or use its matching option. The Yonkers business record should therefore not be treated as a confirmed walk-in salon, and a national promotional amount is not a verified quote for an individual cat at a specific address.

A question worth settling
Which feline provider, van or in-home format and complete package are available at my address, and which cancellation terms apply to this booking?
New phone bookings use 646-718-5360; 888-396-7170 is listed for existing-booking support. Ordinary cancellations at least 24 hours ahead are free, while later changes, travel, arrival and an interrupted groom have different charges. The recurring-plan marketing says changes are flexible, but the policy keeps ordinary fees for flexible recurring visits and separately exempts annual-plan cancellation or rescheduling. No-shows or unsafe-to-groom situations may still carry substantial charges. Disclose coat and handling issues before the visit, and use in-app communication to agree on the service; no booking or personal address was submitted during this review.
