What distinguishes this business
Waggs N' Whiskers accepts cat coat appointments but not new nail-only customers
Waggs N' Whiskers' dedicated cat menu distinguishes $70–$85 short-haired and $85–$150 long-haired bath-and-brush packages, each with deshedding and nails. A sanitary shave is optional and must be requested. The separate haircut category lists lion clips or shavedowns at $80–$100, with severely matted cats potentially reaching $150. The page expressly stops new-customer nail-trim appointments, not every new feline service.

A question worth settling
Can I book the bath or haircut package as a new customer, and does the requested haircut include bathing and any sanitary work?
Call 216-521-2012 for 14303 Madison Avenue. Bath inclusion is explicit in the coat-length packages but not repeated under the haircut category, so ask instead of assuming equivalent packages. The current schedule lists Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with Thursday, Sunday and Monday closed. Give at least one day's cancellation notice; the site reserves an unspecified penalty for inadequate notice. Cash, checks and major cards are listed. Disclose coat condition when requesting a style because the severe-matting price is a different case from ordinary maintenance.
