What distinguishes this business
Keystone Mount Joy has a cancellation list, not open new-client grooming bookings
Keystone Pet Place's Mount Joy salon says it is not accepting new clients, but welcomes calls to join its cancellation list. The same page identifies Mount Joy manager Jennifer Brown as a groomer who works with cats. Lancaster's separate announcement accepts new small-dog clients; that is not an alternative promise of new cat appointments at either branch.

A question worth settling
Can an existing cat client book with the Mount Joy feline groomer, or can a new client join the cancellation list for the specific service needed?
Call the Mount Joy line, 717-492-0027, for 100 West Main Street rather than Lancaster's number. Current rabies is required for all grooming. The shared page lists full-groom and bath ranges alongside dog and puppy categories without a distinct cat rate, so request a feline quote. Walk-in service hours vary by location and must be checked by phone; the general $14 nail line does not establish that a cat-qualified handler will be there. Ask whether the new-client restriction also applies to the intended short visit instead of assuming a walk-in bypasses the capacity limit.
