What distinguishes this business
It's a R-R-Ruff Life requires appointments even for feline nail care
It's a R-R-Ruff Life now explicitly lists dry baths, water baths, full haircuts, lion cuts and nails for cats. Andrew is identified as its dedicated cat groomer. The cat section requires appointments for all feline services, which takes precedence over the separate general walk-in à-la-carte menu. That walk-in menu's $20 nails and daily hours should not be read as an unconditional cat walk-in offer.

A question worth settling
When is Andrew available for my cat, and should I book dry bathing, a water bath or a haircut rather than a general walk-in service?
Call 865-577-2810 or use the separately published text number, 865-607-2887, for 6313 Chapman Highway. No numeric cat coat-service prices appear on the reviewed menu; size, coat condition, behavior and time affect the quote. Cancellation requests the preceding business day are considered insufficient notice, and closed days do not count as business days. The policy allows up to 50% for a first no-call/no-show and up to 100% for repeated ones. After closing, a 15-minute pickup grace period is followed by a possible $10 charge per 15 minutes. Ask for the cat-specific intake and arrival time rather than transferring dog package inclusions.
