What distinguishes this business
Hope Springs Sajo Farm schedules grooming as a day admission, not a quick salon slot
Hope Springs' Sajo Farm location explicitly offers dog and cat grooming. The shared grooming consent form describes drop-off between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m., with a call for collection later in the afternoon. Owners choose the grooming branch and supply two possible dates. A submitted request should not be treated as a confirmed appointment or as a promise that the cat will be finished immediately.

A question worth settling
Has Sajo Farm confirmed my cat's service and date, and which feline records or additional medical charges apply?
Select Sajo Farm and call 757-464-6009, not the separate Pembroke or Great Bridge line. The form offers bath or bath-and-haircut requests but gives no numerical feline grooming price. Its vaccination paragraph mixes dog and cat requirements: ask staff for the cat-specific rabies/FVRCP and parasite-screen checklist rather than applying canine vaccine names to a cat. Outside records must arrive before drop-off. The form warns that missing records, parasite treatment or a needed examination can add charges; discuss these before signing. Clinical services and emergency authorizations are separate from a cosmetic haircut, and the hospital states it is not staffed as a 24-hour facility.
