What distinguishes this business
A Pet Spa uses a callback after intake and a $40 booking deposit
A Pet Spa in Everett asks new clients to submit its intake form, after which the receptionist contacts them to schedule. A $40 deposit holds the appointment and is credited to the grooming bill. Its team biographies explicitly identify cat grooming, but the public service page's detailed package inclusions sit under Dogs. Ask for the feline coat plan and price instead of importing that dog package.

A question worth settling
What cat service has been confirmed, and how exactly does the 48-hour deposit-refund wording work?
Provide current rabies proof through the form or at the first visit. The deposit text says refundable if cancellation or rescheduling is 'within 48 hours'; that wording is ambiguous about the deadline, so obtain the intended terms before paying. The salon asks for up to four hours and collection within an hour of the completion text. It explicitly is not kennel-free, even though it does not use heated cage dryers. You can request a particular stylist. Nail trimming and filing have a Tuesday–Saturday walk-in window, but confirm cat handling before using it; all other services require an appointment.
