What distinguishes this business
An appointment-only transition: confirm the location before using the Berkeley pin
Catastrophe describes cats-only grooming and welcomes owners to stay for the appointment. Its homepage says a new Berkeley location is opening soon and that it is currently operating by appointment, while a senior-cat service page names Livermore. Those are not interchangeable arrival instructions. The business emphasizes adapting or stopping work in response to the cat rather than guaranteeing completion. The useful first enquiry is where the actual visit will take place and whether an owner-attended appointment is available there.

A question worth settling
Where will this appointment take place while the Berkeley opening is pending?
Get an explicit address from the business before using the imported University Avenue map record. Ask what work can be attempted at the first visit and what a stopped or staged appointment costs. The published no-sedation approach is the business's service policy, not advice to change a veterinarian's instructions.
