What distinguishes this business
A fifty-percent deposit secures an accepted request, not an instant booking
Sunshine's public booking menu separates a cat bath, full cat groom and cat nail trim from dog weight-based packages. Both feline bath and full-groom descriptions include nails and ears; the full groom adds haircut and sanitary work. Prices vary by pet. The posted policy requires a 50% deposit and says requests are not confirmed until the business accepts them, with cancellation or rescheduling allowed at least twenty-four hours ahead.

A question worth settling
Has my cat appointment been accepted, and what total, deposit and platform fees apply?
A deposit is normally part-payment, so have the business confirm the remaining balance instead of adding 50% again to the service total. Its cat nail item is quote-based and separate from the generic $10 add-on. The matting entry says $20 or more per fifteen minutes even though its booking-duration field shows five minutes; resolve that mismatch and set an extra-work limit. Confirm current cancellation/refund terms before paying through the provider's platform.
