What distinguishes this business
The Seaport cat bath can be waterless; transport is not universally free
Petiquette's current site offers a cat bath-and-brush booking and describes waterless shampoo and wipes for cats that do not tolerate a conventional bath. The old boutique domain leads to Petiquette Pooch Concierge, which also handles walking, sitting and transportation. Those concierge services are separate from confirming which bath method and coat work the Congress Street spa will use for a particular cat.

A question worth settling
Will my cat receive a wet or waterless bath, and does the quote include transport from my address?
The homepage says transportation is included for existing concierge clients, with an extra charge outside the Seaport; do not assume every new spa customer receives free pickup. Its Monday–Friday 10 am–6 pm hours are expressly for the Congress Street store, not every home-care service. Ask about feline nail or haircut work individually because the broader spa list is shared with dogs. The general website terms concern shopping and contain template-style placeholders, so they are not a reliable source for grooming deposits or cancellation fees. Obtain those appointment terms directly.
