What distinguishes this business
A van-based drop-off appointment—not an automatic house call
Epic Paw's current homepage describes a one-on-one drop-off grooming service using a van at two Santa Rosa locations, on Montgomery Drive and West College Avenue, with the exact location provided at booking. It posts cat grooming from $120. That differs from the mobile wording in older terms and from the imported Link Lane map record. The new-customer application asks for current photos, handling history and a phone number for the initial consultation.

A question worth settling
Which fixed drop-off location is assigned to my cat, and what does the cat starting price include?
Do not travel to the Link Lane pin or assume the van will arrive at your home. Get the assigned location first and transport the cat in a carrier, as the terms require. The homepage describes roughly one to two hours with prompt pickup, but the smaller-pet timing is not a guaranteed cat duration. Arrange any delayed collection in advance.
